Six Easy Exercises to Help You Recover After an Accident

1.     Seated Neck Release

2.     Seated Clasping Neck Stretch

For this exercise, you are required to sit on the floor or a chair. Begin by interlacing your fingers and clasping your hands. Move your palms to your head’s back with the fingers still interlaced. Make sure your back is straight. Next, ground your hips into the seat firmly.

Start pressing your hands down towards your thighs and bring your neck towards your chest. Use your palms to bring your head upwards to increase the stretch. Stay in the same position for 20 seconds at least before returning to a relaxed position.

3.     Glute Bridge

Lie flat on the floor with your feet flat on the ground. Bend your knees hip-width apart while laying down. You can put your hands flat on the floor or on the sides. Squeeze your glutes and abs and push your body up to lift your hips off the ground. Your shoulders should still be touching the ground. Your knees and shoulders must be in a straight line. Hold the position for 30 seconds before lowering back to the ground.

4.     Stretching
